Advertising for Aesthetic Medicine Clinics
They ask about price, and the schedule stays empty
The advertising has to bring booked appointments with a date, not questions in a chat. I work so that the person arrives prepared — knowing what the procedure is, who they are coming to see and what price range it falls in. I call this approach “The doctor before the procedure”.
Request a quoteWhy standard advertising fails exactly here
The category is restricted by the platforms, and the decision is made slowly and personally — together the two break the advertising that works everywhere else.
01
The rules cut off exactly the visual material
Meta does not allow advertising that presents a person's body as a problem. Before-and-after comparisons are out. Close-ups of the area are out. So are some of the wordings in the text. Rejections pile up, the campaign stops learning, and the account enters a restriction from which recovery is slow.
02
The price is withheld, yet it decides
When nowhere does it say in which price range the procedure falls, the filtering falls on the reception desk. People write who are looking for a completely different category, and the conversation ends with one message. The advertising is paid for, and so is the reception's time.
03
The specialist is chosen, not the procedure
The patient compares practices for weeks and in the end settles on a person they trust. Advertising that shows only a procedure and a discount does not build that kind of trust. It drags the clinic into a price war, which the cheapest practice in the city wins.
The mechanism
The doctor before the procedure
I do not start from the procedure and the discount. I start from who performs it and what the patient sees before sitting in the chair. The steps run in this order.
- The creative shows the practice and the specialistThe doctor's face, the setting, the explanation in their own words. Material that passes the platform's review and at the same time does the work of a recommendation. The patient's body is not the subject.
- The price range goes into the ad itselfIt is stated in the text and sits on the page — where the price of the procedure starts and what changes it. People for whom it is expensive do not click. Those who book an appointment already know what they are coming for.
- The goal is a booked appointment, not a messageThe campaign is optimised towards a request with a date and a phone number, not towards opening a chat. Messages look good in the report and do not fill the schedule. The check is in the calendar, not in the number of chats.
- Appointments are fed back into the accountWhich booked appointment came from which ad, and who got as far as a procedure. Without this, the budget is distributed by the number of enquiries, and enquiries are not all of equal value.

The first step
Audit within 7 working days
First I review the account, the appointment booking form, the website and the tracking. Where data is being lost and where money is being lost.
- You receive a PDF and an online meetingThe findings and recommendations presented in person, not an automatic report from a tool.
- Conclusions in days, not monthsThe findings are ready within the audit period, not after a quarter.
- The value is deducted in fullIf the work continues, the full value of the audit is deducted from the contract price, with a minimum term of three months. This applies if the contract is signed within 30 days of the audit.
- All I ask of you is read accessThe ad accounts and the website remain yours. Nothing changes without your decision.
Which channel for what
| Meta — Facebook and Instagram | Recognition of the clinic and the specialist ahead of the procedure season. The rules here are strict, so the text, the visual and the objective are prepared according to them from day one, not after the first rejection. |
|---|---|
| The person who has already decided and is choosing with whom. They search for the name of the procedure, they search for a centre in their city, they read and compare. Here you pay for intent, not for attention. | |
| Remarketing | They read the price, viewed the page and did not book an appointment. I bring them back with content about the consultation and the specialist, not with a discount. A discount lowers the value of the procedure and brings in a different patient. |
When I am not the right choice
- If the price cannot appear anywhere — neither in the advertising nor on the website. Then the sorting is left to the reception, and the advertising only increases the number of conversations that lead nowhere.
- If there is nobody to answer within the day and book an appointment. An enquiry in aesthetic medicine goes cold quickly, and the clinic next door replies.
- If you expect advertising with a before-and-after comparison. I do not get around the platform's rules — the sanction falls on your account, not on mine.
I work personally on every account. This limits the number of clients I take on at the same time, and it is the reason this list exists.
