Data deletion
At Hpanov Digital, we respect your right to full control over your data. Below, we clearly explain what data we process in connection with the free strategic advertising audit and how you can request its deletion.
What data do we process?
- Data you provide voluntarily: email address, website, company name and company registration number — so that we can prepare and send you the audit report.
- When linking an advertising account (Meta / Google): access read-only to the metrics of your advertising account (spend, results, return on investment, campaign delivery). We do not make any changes to your campaigns and do not have access to payment methods or private messages.
How we use data
This is solely for the purpose of generating your audit report and optimisation recommendations. We do not share them with third parties, nor do we use them for any other purposes.
How to request deletion
Please send an email to office@hpanov-digital.com on the topic of „Data deletion“ and please state the email address or website you used to request the audit.
We will delete all data relating to you within 30 days from receipt of the request, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
How to revoke access to an advertising account
You can revoke the app’s access at any time:
- Meta: Settings and Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations → select the app → Remove.
- Google: myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party access to your account → Revoke access.
