Most Meta accounts look good on paper — but not so good in the bank
The reasons why accounts lose money without making a profit — and why my approach is different.
Optimisation towards the wrong goal
Traffic, engagement or reach do not deliver a measurable return on investment for the business — just activity that looks good on the report.
Data loss
iOS, ad blockers and rejected cookies cut out some of the events. The platform sees an incomplete picture and bids blindly.
Advertising content without a system
One format, one audience, zero controlled corner testing — you’ll quickly hit the scaling ceiling.
Without diversification and validation
A lack of consistent validation of diversified communication approaches, often due to the high cost to the service provider. In my case, diversification is guaranteed — without restriction*.
Blindly following the platform
A lack of technical knowledge and blindly following Meta’s recommendations, which serve the interests of their shareholders, not your business.
Without a strategic framework
Chaotic work with no established approach, no annual plan and no marketing calendar.
* within the bounds of objective advertising requirements

What Facebook and Instagram ad management includes
Meta ad management rests on four things: clean tracking (the pixel and the Conversions API with a shared identifier, so that nothing is counted twice), campaign and budget structure, a constant flow of new creatives, and measurement against profit.
Facebook and Instagram are managed from one account and one auction — the difference comes from the audience and the format, not from the platform. The measure of success is whether the campaign sits above your break-even threshold and whether there is growth in the number of the new customers, not in the total number of orders.
